Who we are
Misr Andrology Center (MAC) is the first specialized andrology center in Egypt and the Middle East, operating since 1989, with clinics in Dokki, 5th Settlement, Alexandria, and Tanta. This page explains what data our website collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to serve you:
- Booking form: your phone number, the service you chose, the branch, and your preferred time.
- Chat: messages you send through the site chat or WhatsApp (handled by Crisp, our customer-service platform).
- Automatically: usage analytics via Google Analytics cookies (pages you visit, your device, your approximate location), plus ad-click identifiers (Google, Meta, TikTok) when you arrive from an ad.
Why we use it
We use your data to contact you and schedule your appointment, to understand which services and branches people ask about, and to measure — in aggregate — which marketing channels bring visitors.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health-related selections to target advertising at you individually.
Where it lives and how long we keep it
- Booking form data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Conversation history lives in our customer-service platform (Crisp).
- WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s own terms.
Service providers we rely on
Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare — website hosting.
- Google Analytics — usage measurement.
- Crisp — chat and customer service.
- Meta / WhatsApp — messaging.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block them from your browser settings, and the site still works normally without them.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your data at any time — via WhatsApp or on our hotline 19165.
A note on sensitivity
We understand the private nature of our medical services. Your booking details are treated in full confidence and shared only with the medical team handling your request.
